No, Creative Printshop is not a printing company. It is a creative office. I design.
Do you have an exclusive cooperation with a specific printing company?
No, I can cooperate with your favourite printing company. However, I have chosen some printing companies to work with. I can recommend their printing quality to you and overview it for you.
What does a graphic designer do?
According to Wikipedia: “Graphic designer is a professional within the graphic design and graphic arts industry who assembles together images, typography, or motion graphics to create a piece of design. A graphic designer creates the graphics primarily for published, printed or electronic media, such as brochures (sometimes) and advertising. They are also sometimes responsible for typesetting, illustration, user interfaces, web design, or take a teaching position. A core responsibility of the designer’s job is to present information in a way that is both accessible and memorable.
How do you come up with the ideas about my design?
I like to use a written questionnaire for your first appointment. There we keep notes about your company’s aims and needs. We set your goals and the style of presentation you prefer.
What happens after our first appointment?
I send you by e-mail my financial quote, we negotiate 🙂 and then we set the final cost of the project. A down payment of 30% is required to start with the research of your project. VAT 23% is not included to the prices but will be added in the end.
What happens if I don’t like your design?
I choose to create a variable set of designs according to your briefing. I am open to suggestions, ideas and positive communication. Usually it takes two more appointments to decide on the final design. If a client doesn’t like my creations after a third set of suggestions I normally stop. The amount of 40% payment is obtained to cover the cost of my creative work up to that point.
Do you provide your final designs to your clients?
Yes. My clients always get by any digital way they choose (CD, DVD, e-mail, wetransfer, dropbox, etc) their final files to keep or use in future projects.
